If you have a property in a remote location, please get in touch and we'll confirm availability and timescales.

For most UK locations, we can arrange a site visit within 5–7 working days of instruction. For urgent commercial property transactions, we offer an expedited service with visits available within 48 hours in most major cities. Travel costs may apply for remote locations — these will always be quoted upfront.

Our survey fees are based on the property type, size and complexity — not the location. For properties in very remote areas, there may be a modest travel supplement, but this will always be disclosed and agreed before instruction. All quotes are fixed-price with no hidden charges.

Yes. We are fully experienced in the Scottish legal framework for commercial property, including the specific provisions that differ from English law regarding repairing obligations, dilapidations and leasehold terms. Our reports for Scottish properties are appropriately adapted to reflect Scottish law.
